For the next 24 to 48 hours, I recommend avoiding any strenuous exercise or activities that cause excessive sweating, as this may affect your skin’s recovery. Additionally, it’s important to avoid heat treatments like saunas, hot tubs, or direct sunlight to prevent any potential irritation.
You can return to your regular skincare routine after the treatment, but be gentle with your skin for the first few days. It’s also advisable to apply sunscreen regularly, especially on the treated areas, as your skin may be more sensitive to UV exposure following treatment.
